David Cauldwell Bsc Arch (Hons) Dip Arch, R.I.B.A. the founder, has over 30 years experience. He spent 10 years as head of an Architectural Design Group in Birmingham City Council, the largest Local Authority in the UK. This group built a reputation for producing high quality, award winning, designs within budget. It gained awards as a result of dedication to achieving the best possible design solutions for clients within the Education, Residential and Commercial sectors. 

The new Practice continues the same ethos. The workload now comprises domestic, retail and commercial projects for private clients across Birmingham and the West Midlands and offers services to clients looking for an architect dedicated to providing the best possible design scheme within the budget.
